Return & Refund Policy – Corvella London
We want you to love your purchase from Corvella London. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@corvellalondon.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
Once we receive your request, we'll review it and send you:
- A return address
- Instructions on how and where to send your item
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, the original amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please:
- Return the original item following the process above.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.
Since we process and ship orders within 1–2 business days, cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched.
If the consumer initiates the order cancellation before the order has been shipped out, and within the time period allowed for order cancellation as stated on the website, the order can be cancelled.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping label and the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend sending your item back with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know via e-mail whether your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
